What We Stand For

Our community thrives on pride, unity, and service, honoring our heritage while fostering inclusion, mentorship, and cultural awareness.

Our mission is to celebrate diversity, empower one another, and promote understanding both within the department and beyond. Through outreach, education, and shared experiences, we are shaping a future where heritage and duty go hand in hand.

History

How It All Began

Step 1

Community Formation

The idea for a culturally inclusive support network within the department is born, with the aim to celebrate heritage and strengthen bonds.

Step 2

First Cultural Awareness Event

The community hosts its first successful event, showcasing diverse cultures and promoting understanding among officers.

Step 3

Mentorship Program Launch

A mentorship program is introduced, pairing experienced officers with new recruits to foster professional and personal growth.

Step 4

Community Outreach Expansion

The community begins collaborating with local groups, engaging in outreach programs to strengthen ties between the department and the public.

Step 5

Official Recognition

The community is formally recognized by the department as an integral part of its mission to promote inclusion and diversity.

Together, we honor not only the hard work and sacrifices of our members but also the support and love of their familias who stand behind them.
